No Refunds – Size Exchange Only

Thank you for shopping with Gorba! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Gorba does not provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference.

2. Size Exchanges

We know finding the right fit can sometimes be tricky, so we allow size exchanges on eligible items.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Customers cover the return shipping costs.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Email us at support@gorba.store
 with your order number and size exchange request.

Once approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days.

After inspection, we’ll dispatch your replacement size.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, accessories, and custom/personalized pieces cannot be exchanged.

5. Stock Availability

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size isn’t available, we’ll issue you store credit instead.
